Artwork forum FAQ needs to be updated

<div class="IPBDescription">refers to the HIVE link which is dead</div>In the Artwork forum FAQ, it refers to a link pointing at The Hive, but that link is dead and the post is from 2002. So I guess it needs to be either updated or deleted.
