ipod video help?

So I got a 60gb ipod video for my birthday last Sunday (yay!!!) but I'm having a bit of a problem getting videos to work properally on it.... Maybe someone here has one of these things and can help?

Basically I added the video, converted the file to ipod formaty stuff. And then I added the video to my ipod... now the file will play on there, but I only have the video, no sound. The videos I converted are .mpg files I downloaded from Limewire, System of a Down and a Weird Al music video. They play fine on my computer but not at all on here... Can anyone help me out here?

You probably messed up the audio conversion. What program are you using?

itunes. As near as I can tell I don't have a choice to use any other program =/

Videora converter has always worked well for me. I don't trust iTunes with anything so I wouldn't be amazed if it's messing up your audio.

Videora as well over here. Works quite well.

i use virtualdubmod for all my conversions, works for my creative zen and my friend's ipod

There is a normal "Videora", but that thing is stupid and acts like its adware.
