"This Steam account does not own this game. " Error

OK, I've been trying to play some NS today and this is an error I get every 30 minutes or so.
Funny thing is, it is happening to everyone on all servers. (Specifically on Gorge's Hideout and G4B2S). It's basically like getting steamed (Meaning doesn't always kick everyone at once, but most of the of the people).

This is the full error message:

Is it NS related or what? Does anyone have a solution?

most of the steam account's have this error right now and it sound like to be on all the game there have on there account

right now i have go under Half-Life Properties and did a Verity integrity of game cache and defragment cache files if that don't work for me then i will delete the ClientRegistry.blob but im not going to do that now as i will go to bed now <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" /> it's late

#Steam "This Steam account does not own this game" errors -- It's a problem with the Steam servers (nothing on your end) and is being worked on by Valve. Please be patient and don't be emo. :)

Actually, It did it once to me, but I've seen other players just get owned by this. Kinda sux remaining the only one in the server.

Theory: What if valve is trying to add NS to games list, maybe they are still working on it and for some unkown reason steam has gone haywire trying to figure out why people are playing NS, when it's not on the games list yet. Dunno. Just a though <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />

The kick is in reference to not owning half-life itself. The mods run from hl.exe.

Its about time they fixed the "Game version does not match" kick though.

It's happening with versions that I do not have access to any server files at all.

I assume you mean the NS server patches of 3.1.1 and newer. Which is assumed because aside from half-life, I only have ns and nsp installed on steam.
