<div class="IPBDescription">A delightful donce done during the dark days of doom!</div>Moira is a standard combat map set on a planet or something. Apparently there is a core on the verge of a meltdown and you have to clear out the aliens before it explodes and kills billions of people. Or something, I guess. Too dark? Grab your welder and turn on the lights. (OMG COPIED NS_HERA! Yes. That was a delightful idea that I thought could allow the welder to be utilized in a non-balance busting way.) BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! Call now and recieve, FREE, a bunch of giant pits of doom to fall into! Hooray!

You might have already seen it floating around a couple servers already (or gawked at the attempt at humour that I reused from <a href="http://www.nsmod.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=4287" target="_blank">here</a>), but in case you haven't, well, here it is! Please do enjoy!

Btw you probably noticed, but the texture with the name of the guy who made the RR music on the upper floor is upside-down. Other than that i like the texture scheme in the map, but am not convinced by the architecture itself. It's probably just me, i cannot explain why so i can't really help... Just not my taste. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />
I noticed there's a banjo.mp3 in the pack (from HGTTG), plays in a sooper sekrit room i guess, hehe.
Overall good job. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" /> If i see a server running it i'll hop in and see how it plays.
And yes, there is a delightful secret room to be found. (With mentioned *ahem* material that would have to be uhh... removed if the map were official, but as an inside "thing" that is not official it stays for now.) <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink-fix.gif" />
I have to admit, the readyroom is my favorite area as well. It was pretty much the last "area" to be completely built. By the time I finished it, I had learned a fair bit about what does and doesn't work, especially in the lighting. (Ideas I ended up trying to reincorporate back into the map itself, to varying degrees of success.)
The map looks good, the lighting is nice. however I have found 2 little things:
You have 2 null textures at the bottom of the huge double ramp in Atrium. One of them is showing HOM, also the Onos has trouble getting on the top platform at that ramp. If you jump you can reach it, but by simply walking up the ramp you won't get any further then the ramp <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
Other then that, I'd say lovely
How did I miss this map <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

I was just about to mention that HOM too...

Ill just call it co_moria2 to keep it clear in my mind being I deal with hundreds of map versions. 99% of the neat/ridgid waypoints out there do not work well on my servers so I do my own. ** ATTACHED IS A WHICHBOT WAYPOINT FILE**My old handel [415]Woody--NOw [KcK]Woody56 <!--fonto:Tahoma--><span style="font-family:Tahoma"><!--/fonto-->www.kustomkarnage.com <!--fontc--></span><!--/fontc--> 70.86.196.220:27015 [KcK]Paradoxhosting.net Kustom WhichBot Karnage #1 -- 70.86.227.7:27015 [KcK]Paradoxhosting.net KustomKarnage #2
So far on my to-do list:
-Atrium ramps will get some attention to fix the onii hitting an invisible ledge at the top of the ramps, stopping them and forcing them to jump up.
-HOM at the bottom of the ramps.
-naming it co_moirav3
-reducing the file size of the readyroom music. (Might remove the sekret room music. It'll come back at severly reduced pay, err, size in any case.)
(Also: Thanks to all the server admins that have put it on their servers!)
