The wikipedia Natural Selection has one. Maybe you can try copying and pasting the stuff from there.

Edit: Just noticed they had something saying not to copy from wikipedia. I honestly don't see the reason why.

I mean anyone can edit in wikipedia, so lets say you contributed to a main part of the NS section in wikipedia. Wanted to add it here, but can't because of their rule. The articles in wikipedia is created from many different people, so I don't see why you can't copy and paste.

Though, it seems that the ns section in planet halflife wiki is really close to the one in wikipedia.

Right now, the wikipedia NS section is larger than the planet halflife one.

Edit2: [Rant/Whine]I really hate wikipedia users. One guy(who wasn't logged in) removed the babblers, spikes, paralyze, and all the old SC upgrades and so. Why the heck did they remove it? Especially if we have a section where we list terms of things said by players in game.

I've seen people actual removing useful info in other sections also. There was also a rant about this in one of the pennyarcade news.

Ugg, I hate people who remove useful things and try to say they're making articles look "clean". Way to remove actual useful information, posers. [End of rant/whine].
