Me too, TBH. Only thing that was better about second one was the intro bit which shows how Alyx fell down the thing.<a href="http://index.php?s=6386257075315551232&act=post&do=new_post&f=37" target="_blank"> </a>

What got me was how the girder was bending and twisting, twas sexeh.

It doesnt actually bend if you look closely, it just slides out from the straight bit of girder making the effect that it bends, and the other part is just on a joint which just hangs from it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

In part, it looks absolutely spectacular (sad Strider in forest, anyone?), in parts, not so much. The Tripods' attack looks pretty boring, for example. Still, I'll buy it on day one.

I'm definitely preordering Episode 2. I was already pretty hyped up about it after finishing Episode 1. My excitement was only boosted by the PCgamer article about it about a month back, and now with the announcement that it'll be bundled with Portal and TF2, I'm pretty much sold. I didn't really need a sparkly new trailer, but it was nice anyways.
I don't generally preorder things, but I'm going to make an exception for Episode 2.

I definitely look forward to Ep2. This looks to be the part where the plot actually picks up again instead of romping around having fun with Alyx all day. And I would probably pay $20 for TF2 or Portal independently, so the bundle makes it a no-brainer.
