<div class="IPBDescription">The alien commander!</div>Think of Alien where there's a hive queen. The HQ will basically be a person who "merges" into the hive and becomes an alien commander. The HQ will be able to upgrade itself so that spawn rates are faster, alien upgrades are made and it can evolve a "Brain bug" part onto it that will enable more tactical control options over the alien team.
