Auto-team Balancing

Thank you guys for putting in the auto-team balance in 1.01 but I want to request if you could modify it slightly. Instead of just when you join it auto-balances could it also do it for players already in the game (aka like counterstrikes way). Because if say 3 people leave on marines the match could go on 5 vs 2.
