I want to know how these people get this way. I look around my high school, and I see almost nothing but people who are thin, sometimes almost freakishly so. You see a random fat person here or there, but the great majority seems to be thin, virile and healthy.
That kind of person really needs to take steps to improve their health. I know that a lot of people say that many overweight people simply can't do it, but I don't quite understand the logic there. They CAN. Anyone can lose weight, and its not going to be from some magic pill or new excercise. The magical way to lose weight is:
Calories used > Calories consumed.
Thats it. Burn more than you take in.
I mean, seriously. That has to be terrible for your heart.
I'm in decent shape, but I need to improve to run track and soccer next year

I've taken to our home grown cherry tomatoes in place of M&M's- I swear my dad used SUGAR as a fertilizer, they're so damned sweet! But it's NATURAL sugar, and thus my body breaks it down better than refined sugar

I find it odd how everyone finds the cute, cuddily, (despite the rows of sharp spikes going up and down their backs) and FAT Gorges to be so lovable yet we cant even say the same for our own species.
