Video Card Problem

Right now I have a 6600GT that will refuse to work. I don't remember doing anything to physically damage it, and it appears to be fine other than when I put it in and try to boot my computer, I get a blank screen. I can't see the video card bios, and I can't see anything for that matter. If I recall there wa a button that you could press to reset the video card or its bios, but I'm not sure what it is. I think I *may* have voded the warranty somehow, but apparently I have a 2 year warranty frpm Chaintech. Any help would be nice.
