That's a good one, I play that quite a bit.

How about the acoustic version of "Creep" by Radiohead?

The first song anyone who ever plays guitar should learn is "Louie, Louie" as covered by Kingsmen.

STP's Plush is a really awesome song acustic, and doesn't seem that hard either.

Metallica - Nothing Else Matters. I can play part of it, and I don't even play guitar.
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under the bridge
Led Zeppelin - Stairway to heaven

[EDIT:]As an answer to the "do you play an instrument" question. I play Drums, for almost 4 years now

    Liquid Tension Experiment - Hourglass
No idea if it's easy, but it's just too amazing an acoustic song to pass up

Try "The Legendary Theme (Acoustic Version)" from Gitaroo Man. Yes it's a video game, but don't mock it till you've heard it. It has some truely amazing songs of multiple generes. I believe the actual artists name is "COIL".

For your second question, I play the Drums, Piano/Keyboard, and want to learn the Guitar and Trumpet.
