Er... the 4th one bored me enough not to read the 5th and 6th? The 3rd film was poorly done too? Er... the manditory "Harry Potter Sucks"?
Oh and on the topic of Harry Potter there was some geeky quiz show on ITV (Channel 3 in England) where adults and young children teamed up with their knowledge of Harry Potter and competed to win some stuff not so long ago. Unsurprisingly it focused mainly on one book which was the last released book, so they aren't very good Harry Potter geeks. Either way that show was so geeky it made even moi, a computer geek laugh. I think that was on Tuesday around about 5PM, don't quote me on it but no doubt someone on these forums also saw it.

Edit: Never got into Harry Potter to be honest. Then again, I haven't read any fiction in nearly three years now.
Actually, make that four. University has had that effect on me unfortunately.

I'm interning at Amazon.com this summer, and I'm working on the team that deals with part of the shipping process. You have no idea what it takes to get 870,000 copies of Harry Potter all delivered on the same day. Most of my team has barely slept in a week.
mouse... do you know where the name Hermione was from?
I'll find someone to borrow it from. I will probably get the seven book set once they are all out.
The problem with the movies is that each book is longer than the previous one, and the movies can't get that much longer. This means skipping and changing stuff to make the movies shorter. However, they can't make the movies too different from the books, or it might screw up later movies if something important is left out.
Its just a good read in all honesty and children these days don't read enough, unfortunatly, only reading one type of book ruins their perception of others

WTH.
i mean sure enjoy the book thats cool... but if your sad enough to know that you really flipping suck to be honest lol
and now. because i do infact suck. the answer is corn beef. i watched this whilst playing wow, as i hate having dark screens. and damn.. it was funny.
WRONG, Moquiaowhateverthefark, she gave him corned beef sandwiches but he never ate them. He shared a bunch of sweets with Harry after the dimpled witch on the train pushed her trolly.
AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Seriously, I know every book friggin' inside out. It's one of my dark, shameful secrets.
One of my flatmates willbe buying it so once she's finished reading it I'll steal it and read it. I didn't read them for ages thinking there was no way they could be as good as everyone raved about but I was pleasently surprised and I do think they have got better with each one.

Voldemort sucks,he always forgets that Harry can simply steal/stab useless magical objects like books and stuff to destroy him. Not very clever for the 'best sorcerer ever'. And all the teachers know too much, yet don't do anything. Except roar and occasionally appear randomly. It should be called Newbwarts. You just know by the 8th book Harry will have kidnapped Dumbledolt and held Newbwarts hostage, thus taking over the world. And then building some sort of magical Death Wand. With standard small-hole weakness in the bathroom no1 ever goes to except they actually do go to,thus cueing some sort of Star Wars rip-off.
Sacrasm ends.
My sister will get the book, saving me money/time. If I ever read it,that is. Harry Potter needs a fade or something to really threaten everyone.

The fifth book is certainly the darkest so far. And I have the 6th book preordered.
