I've just finished talking with Kouji (still am actually) and I THINK this is the final setup I'm going with for my new PC. I'm going to start buying parts MONDAY!

If ANYONE has any reason why I should change a part (it MUST be a legitimate reason, not olo AMD suxor or crap like that... I will reign stabbity death upon you, your cat, and your parakeet if you say that) please say it now! I need to know if anyone spots a potential conflict!

EDIT- Added BOLDS and also

I MIGHT DROP THE SPEAKERS and just save for a 5.1 system
Also- I am considering getting 2 120 gig HD's instead

EDIT- removed speakers and fixed price error

    The 7.1 sound card with only 2.1 speakers is bothering me still :/ You'll go dual core but not 7.1 speakers!

    don't have an extra 200 to spend on speakers ATM <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    EDIT- removed speakers and fixed price error, check first post again

    I have a 2.1 speaker system from Klipsch, I think I'll just stay with that for now <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Edit2- I just now realized the 120 mm fans are INCLUDED in the case with blue LED- so no need to change em <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> Removed them + the price

    Do you really need 7.1? 5.1 is still good, and I bet the speekers would be a bit cheaper than 7.1 <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    That, and a 5.1 card would cut down oc cost, maybey.

    But, I'm not a sound guy, I use integrated sound and a cheap set of speakers that I er borrowed from my school, that I don't go to any more...

    Yeah it's not like you can't upgrade the speakers later.
