Noob Problem With Mech's Script Pack

<div class="IPBDescription">Help please</div> Ok, i have the echo, and the script file in my ns directory, and i put in the key where it says to. "mouse1" for example. And when i go into the game i get nothing in the console, help please?

and yes, i have added the exec scripts.cfg in my config document.
