boolean has a tendency to mess up quite a few times deleting extra faces and creating extra unneeded vertecies i just suggest you learn to do it without boolean the more stuff you do by hand the more you learn

It doesn't take 2 seconds to target-weld a few verts.

If anyone wants to mesh or skin this - PM me. If someone wants to skin it but can't get it meshed, I'll have a go at it, but the maps won't be uber.

What's wrong with boolean ?
Considering I know how it works and how to use it 'properly' what is so bad about using it ?
