What Qualities Exactly...

<div class="IPBDescription">are sought after for PTs/Contribs?</div> I am merely curious, doing some personal research on the subject and am curious what qualities they have? I am not asking to be one by any means and if were ever asked would decline, but anyway I was hoping to get some information on this.

The above are weighted differently. Some people are PTs because of 2) primarily. Me for example. Others are PTs because of 3) or 5).
