    Its possible, with either dedicated server running, or just hosting thru the normal start new game, but its not recommended due to cpu usage, if you have another decent computer you can set up the server on that and it will work nicely for you.

    i now that thats why im asking if there a progrmam or somethink that could bost the connect to my own server with out lagging it out

    You have 2 options: create a listenserver and play on it, or install a hlds and play from the Steam client. I do the latter, but my computer can handle it.
