Run a mile a day?

You get healthy and sleep better. Its a win-win situation and I don't know why hardly anyone does this.

mass quantities of alcohol, and a room rigged for sensory deprivation.

Take a sleeping pill?

Or you could smash your head into a wall and fall unconcious.

deprive yourself of sleep untill you pass out. Don't operate heavy machinery.

Start up Ns and just jump around in the ready room. Nothing is more boring than that and you will fall asleep.

If you don't feel sleepy what's the big problem? Just wait until you get sleepy.

Uh, you're probably just over tired, when I get that way I lose the sleepyness sensation but Im still fatigued, just lay still in a quiet cool dark room and dont think about anything eventually you'll drift.

How much sleep do you have to lose before you start hallucinating?
• ThaldarinThaldarin Alonzi! Join Date: 2003-07-15 Member: 18173Members, Constellation
50 hours. And when you start to hallucinate it's not very nice. I only wish I drank alcohol sooner that time I stayed up.

melatonin will put you under. It's a supplement so make sure you get a valid set of pills. Nature's Bounty produces a good product there.

Heh I saw every day stuff. I just dreamed when I was awake and eventually it settled and I slept, dreaming. About 4 hours of seeing a dream when you are awake trying to walk around, eat dinner and do schoolwork is hell before you fall asleep.

On an opposite note, I just slept for 15 hours.

I've been awake for around 60 hours once. I wasn't that tired and I slept a normal 10 hours as usual and woke up fine afterwards.

This non-sleeping frenzy sounds like fun somewhat... I'll have to try it this summer, and see how long I can go without sleep before collapsing! Or get my friends to keep hitting me so I don't go to sleep...

It's not. It's also very unhealthy. Don't do it.

Breathe really deeply, really slowly. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Always works for me. And don't think about as much as humanly possible, that helps too.
