Im trying to find the following plugins but i cant find them on modns or amxx site. Sorry if they are there

Im looking for:

Blocker 1.3 by -j00- Clan
ClassCTRL 1.3 by Darkness
Combat Limiter 1.1b by ZeroX4

or any other plugin (apart from ComboLimiter) to limit the amount of onos/fades in a game.

Have you tried modns.org yet? They have tons of plugins, I believe I've seen what you mentioned.
