Pretty cool stuff!
Check this out - Video Clip

It's from a show in the UK called "Trick of the Mind" by a guy named Derren Brown. He uses magic and psychology, tricks of the hands with tricks of the mind to do these things.

Wicked show and brilliant guy!

EDIT: Forgot to mention it has quite a bit of swearing in it so it's probably not suitable for young kiddies. It will be safe for work just as long as you have headfones

This is so amazingly old I might have to kill you.

Its so amazingly unimportant that people have seen it before its not worth mentioning. Most annoying thing people do is tell people how "old" something is just because they've seen it before. Big friggen woop.

Cool video. That would freak me out if some guy came in the room that I locked, impervious to bullets and stuck a rag over my face. Although the zombies are lucky they didnt get kicked.. I would have kicked the chick on the ground in the face for sure.

Indeed. I would've been seriously freaked out and probably would have starting swinging. Worst case scenario, the guy might have hurt himself. Also, how did the operator knock him out? Couldn't that cause brain damage?

Anyway, ignoring all of that, it was pretty interesting. I haven't seen it before.

He explains it all in the video. Only works on roughly 1/3 of the population that a certain series of lights and flashes will put you in a simi vegetable state.

Awesome! Except now we know about it, should it ever happen to us would we catch on to it?

What I want to know is how did they get away with that without asking his permission? Seems very unethical possibly even illegal.

That thing is so old that it people said it was old the last 2 times I've seen it... and BTW it's totaly fake.

If its old and everyone's seen it then for lords sake just go look at another thread. It'll die off within time anyway.

Consider that not everyone clicks on the same things you have, or visits the forums at the same times, or cares if you have seen it or not.

Looks pretty fake to me, if not they left a lot out...what kind of people would just let some strange man in a coat take them into a creepy warehouse after zapping their friend into a catatonic stupor?

Ether way the concept is awesome.

What would they have done if he just started bashing people’s faces in with the butt of that gun? This video must make lawyers salivate like starving puppies.

    BECAUSE HE'S DERRAN FREAKING BROWN!

Imagine David Blaine doing this, yes, that's pretty much how famous Derran Brown is over here, not to mention he is 5000% cooler and 10,000 times less pretentious. The point is, as soon as you see him coming, you know he's doing a show. Are you about the back out of a chance to be on TV?

You're in a pub. One of YOUR mates goes to play that game, when all of a sudden he sort of falls asleep on his feet. Just as you're asking him if he's all right, a guy surrounded by cameramen emerges from the back room and takes you aside... do you refuse to co-operate with him? Do you hell! This is your chance to be on TV!

If the guy didn't like what Derran had done, he was perfectly entitled to refuse to have himself shown on TV, but he didn't. There was a lot of the show they cut out; they explained how the stunt worked, and also showed the people the stunts DIDN'T work on right at the very end.

So in conclusion, before you go crying fake on anything remotely cool (remember those dancing japanese robots? Some of you called THOSE fake too....), consider... do you KNOW FOR A FACT that what you have just seen is totally impossible?

I've never seen it before. It's so unbelievable I _hope_ it's fake.

Derren Brown really is damn cool and none of his stuff is fake. So much better than David Blaine because he doesn't go over the top and start doing stupid stunts that very people really care about. He's pure mind trickery and he does some really clever stuff that tells you a lot about how peoples minds work

Still surprised no one got their head kicked in. I definantly would have paniced.. good thing they (hopefully) checked him for weapons, knives, etc... before he went in. Would have been bad if not. ^_^
