Ns Resalution Screwup Big Time!

<div class="IPBDescription">I set me ns res. too high for my monitor</div> I was doing some work on my pc and some how i unlocked some higher resalution for my video card. well when i went to play ns i clicked too fast and i went a notch too high and now i ccaant play ns because my montor can not go as high as i set it.
Ive tried finding a .cfg file that has it set but no luck, i even deleted the whole ns folder and reinstalled it but still nothing.

anywway that link was a bit off but i figured it out:
where it says launch option in the properties section, this is not in 3rd party games.
to do this make a desktop icon of the game through steam.
then go to properties of the icon and add the stuff to the end of the target field.
start the game through that icon ( for me, i got to make sure steam is open, or it goes to hl instead ) then options, then apply then its set as default.
you now can go through steam freely.
that up there that i typed need to be, atleast reworded lol, to the resalution thing that u gave me.
