Introductory
XMG (Xvision Media Group) Is currently looking for a dedicated & hard working web-development team to branch of Xvision's new section in media design.
A little about us, XMG just opened it's door's after final planing stages about 1 week ago, since then we have been looking for the perfect people to fit the companys needs. Which is staff who are dedicated to what they do and enjoy it with a passion, someone who has great communication skills and is wise about working with clients and for filling their need's. Weather i may be print or web work we always want the customer walking away satisfyed. XMG is a mainly gaming based design company but also still looking for plenty of work outside the gaming mainstream such as small businesses and corporate companies. XMG is also partnered with Xvision Hosting which is also owned by the same owner of XMG, providing a great network of resources to work across. Our goal at XMG is to keep customers happy and offer some low budget web-design opportunities to people looking for something less expensive.
<b>WE REQUIRE:</b>
* Freelancer's are aloud as long as when a XMG project arrives and needs to be completed all other work is put on hold and to the side until the project is completed.
* To be active amongst the community on irc and at a later date on forums.
* Have general knowledge within the gaming industry.
Below states the current people where looking to hire.
XMG is currently looking for:
1 Lead Web coder
Must have experience in the industry.
At least +1 Years experience (Some exceptions for talented coders.)
Portfolio or work ready to display.
2 Flash Artist's
Must have experience in the industry.
Portfolio or work ready to display.
2 Graphics Artist's
Must have experience in the industry.
Know how to slice correctly.
Portfolio or work ready to display.
