<div class="IPBDescription">from the makers of TROOPS</div> <a href='http://impstherelentless.com/' target='_blank'>I.M.P.S. Relentless</a> is a full length film being made in chapters which are being released one at a time, 4 to 6 weeks apart. The trailer and the first chapter are up. There's some humor, but the general feeling is much more serious than the original TROOPS.


thoughts? Comments? Bueller?



edit: note that the seriousness I refer to is definately relative, there's more humor than any truly serious flick out there.

    it started out as troops 2, but that was years ago, it's evolved into a story about the soldiers of the empire. This particular one is about the railrunners, an experienced squad of troopers on peacekeeping duty on their last day out before shipping out.

    The Relentless is a revenge class imperial carrier with a full battle group. Check it out when you have time.

    I've never been a huge fan of Star Wars. I've seen the movies, but I didn't ever really "get into" the whole universe.

    But I've always been a fan of huge huge starships, and in this respect, Star Wars delivers. I'm not talking about stuff like the death star - that thing is too ridiculously huge. It's so big that the mind can no longer fully cope with it, and at that point it becomes boring, because you can say it's big but it doesn't really have any meaning.
    But the Relentless is truly big in a way that you can imagine, and therefore in a way that means something. And it's great.

    At the end when they're talking to the scouts,
