I'm a Constie, but my skill level depends entirely on two things;

1) Sleep the previous nights
2) Mood

The rest is natural. I've got the knowledge and innate skills from playing since 1.03, the problem is not letting the rest of my mind and emotions get in the way of me aiming true.

The absolute best player to actually PLAY with (not have in matches or scrims) is someone who knows every aspect of the game and doesn't get annoyed (or annoying) about other people on the team. Instead, he should help them and try to get them to do what they need to to win.

Optionally, he might have a sense of humour, but does not spam the voice comms with useless chatter about stuff completely unrelated to NS.

Finally, as an alien he must know how to use diversionary tactics to take fire off you in the early game (and probably get a few kills himself), and as a Marine he must know the basics of good covering and movement (stay as far away from your teammates as possible while still being able to cover them fully).

I would fit into this mold but I'm a bad sport. I don't yell or make senseless h4x accusations, but I sometimes simply hit F12 (exit) and go outside without warning.

People complained about me always being #1 for my team, which usually happened to be aliens.

I've heard more than once "ban icon players" or somthing along the lines of that. And if I hadn't donates $20 to a game that at the time I loved, and If I hadn't done that, I'd be called a hacker. GG NS, I miss 1.04.

Ban the individuals, not the group they come from. There are tons of pub friendly consties.
