    if I'm not mistaken,that's not a really heavy.It's that way because of photo effects added to the image.

    I'm pretty sure that if you wanted a black and white heavy model,you could export the skin via Half-life model viewer and make it a greyscale via photoshop or any other advanced photo editing tool,then import it back as a regular skin.

    Sorry but im not a skinner, i have not actually tried before, but when i do i just hope its not hard.

    you don't need to be a skinner to do it <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> you simply download valve's Half-Life model viewer (free to download) and open up the heavy.mdl in the player folder of models in the NS file.You go to texture,export the skin(s) and open the skins up in a photo editing program (except MSpaint,you can get a trial of photoshop for free for 30 days) and edit the picture as black&white,or as a grey scale.Import the skin back in,save the model,look! a new black and white skin for your model.
