WTH?

<div class="IPBDescription">WTH?!</div> This is an extremely WEIRD problem.
First I wasn't able to start up any game but Counter Strike
When trying to Start NS or Half - Life, it would start loading up before it shows your menus to select a server, and then just crash. so I reinstalled Steam and NS
well this remedied the crashing problem, but gave me the same problem as i had while starting counter strike.

as you can see the screen is scr00d up, it's tiny
when I tried to click on quit, it didn't. I had to click up towards where find servers was at.
