Game Messes Up

<div class="IPBDescription">During map change loading...</div> Everytime I change maps it freezes my game and I need to quit and come back in everytime. I was wondering if there was a way to fix it. Even if I don't alt + tab it still does it after everymap. To be specific it loads to the part where it sais "Parsing Sever info" about (---) that much space aeay from completion. If theres a way to fix it please let me know, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Specs of my computer are 1,8 pentium, 1.8 GHz and 512 RAM. I never changed any settings and it still doesn't work...

Oops I had a typo it's a pentium 4. I also have a 128MB video card.

Is this problem during mapchange on a listen server, or when you're connecting to another server?

Also, when this problem happens, if you press Ctrl-Alt-Del, and bring up the Task Manager, does Natural Selection appears as Not Responding, or is it displaying Running?

The problem occurs at the end on map change right before it loads new map. Like say I play ns_eclipse and then when round over it switches to ns_veil the game will start to load in the loading screen but at the end when it sais Parsing game info... it freezes right there. When that happens I alt + ctrl + del and it sais not responding. I tried deleting all of steam then reinstalling and it still didn't fix it...
Hope this is spesific enough.

What server?

Ive noticed this often on a few servers and never on others. It will almost always be fixed by merely pressing escape and rejoining the server.

It happens to me on every server. And it freezes only way to get out is alt + ctrl + del.
