Spyware/adware/malware Question

sload.exe
I've been getting a few IE popups (when not using that browser) lately, and ad-aware couldn't pick anything up. In the processes list I see something that's not normally there, sload.exe, which is in the WINNT folder. Googling for it in association with spyware, malware, or exploits gets me no useful results.
I have one profile where for some reason IE stopped working a few months ago, and on that profile I get an error box telling me sload can't do something, suggesting to me that if IE worked I'd be getting popups there too.
Any idea what's happening?

and you can try Spybot S&D and Windows Antispyware Beta
Especially the windows antispyware program is very good, shielding function and autoupdate makes it very good at it's jobm
as for the process sload.exe, its seems to be a part of Lotus Notes.
