Default-1.04 Crosshairs

Can someone make a crosshair that is like the 1.04 ones (also the spectator crosshair) but make them semi-transparent and blue, like the default blue crosshairs? If you need pictures/screenshots I'll try to get them

    www.customns.net get your crosses and paint them blue yourself its not that hard.

    How exactly would I go about doing that? I know I have to edit something in the sprite file (text) but what exactly?
