I'd count yourself lucky if you find a computer that supports dual joysticks <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Seriously though I really doubt Half-Life would enjoy more than one joystick.
It can.. just depends on the kind of joysticks. I have two logitech wingman joysticks that can be used in tandem. I used to play lots of Virtual On with them, and I know they can work with HL.

Get USB joysticks, then maybe select one to do the equivalent of pressing keys on the keyboard, it wouldn't even be complicated software.
I just have no idea if it exists/has been done.
Still, with the right software, its easy, without it, do u know visual C++ well?
