How Has The Community Helped?

<div class="IPBDescription">Via Constellation Program</div> We all know that constellation members are community members that have donated and are able to help playtest when needed to. However, how else has the community helped out? It would be nice to know how well the community has done in supporting NS and what NS has been able to do and plan to do from the program. It would be nice to get the statistics on the following:

- How much money have Constellation members raised?
- Average Constellation donation.
- Highest donation.
- What the Constellation donation funds have achieved so far.
- If so, is the Constellation funds set aside or planned to be spent on anything in particular?

I just thought it would be interesting to see what the community has done from pulling together.

    Well I can't tell you on how much has been given, but it's not a contest. I still have to figure out a way to give my money as soon as I have some to spare, but all I can tell you is that this money allowed Flayra to literally survive and still be here.

    Well, I dont think the man is really concerned with where the money goes, but more or less, how much the Constellation community donates. Since we are faithful NSers, I think it would be interesting to see these stastics.

    Without access to Charlie's paypal records it's nigh-on impossible to estimate the amount of money raised. There's no "constellation" group on the forums. (Not possible, as some people belong to other groups and are consties.)

    A recent thread in the constie forum (NDA voided! <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->) discussed how many of us there are; no-one had answers that agreed. 1500 seems feasible though.
