KFS, you know as well as I do that Source's havok engine is probably about as much in there as Quake 1 is <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I thought Valve had tweaked Havoks code to make something better.
I could be wrong. And it could be worse, it could be Doom 3's physics engine O.o

lol that was awsome! and I like the ending too. I wonder how many times he had to do that to get it just right when the little ball bearing flips up the hill to start the next set and such.

DooM3 uses a proprietary physics engine, which does not suck; it is simply badly implemented like physics in every game except Far Cry and Half-Life 2 pretty much. Half-Life 2 does have a modified Havok physics engine, but I doubt it is better than Havok 2, or what Havok 2 would have been if ValvE had modified it.
You guys tried any of the Meqon demos? (if I have the name right). It's very impressive although would be interesting to see how fast it all runs once you've covered all the objects in pretty textures.

For physics, Source uses a licensed physics engine known as <a href='http://www.havok.com/' target='_blank'>Havok</a>, which can be found in numerous titles on the market today. Yes, Source is quite obviously source (as you have eloquently demonstrated <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> ), but the video showcases the Havok integration into Source, not Source itself.
