Retrieve Files From Ps2 Memory Card

Like the title of this post says, I want to get some files off of my PS2 memory card but I'm not sure how to go about doing it. I just want to get some game saves and GTA:SA pictures off of it. GTA:SA saves screenshots as JPEG images to the memory card so I wanted to get them on to my computer. I can't save anything ingame to a USB key, I've already tried that. The PS2 system explorer does not recognize USB keys either. I've also tried a memory manager CD, but that does not recognize my USB key either. I'm at al oss right now and I thought that I would ask you guys for some help.

cant you hook the ps2 into your computer through usb? try that.

Search google for some sort of program, can't think of much else to try.
