All the Xbox 360 playable Demos werent run on the Xbox360....Rather on a pair of Apple Powermac G5 systems. (nice job there Microsoft)
Killzone 2 wasnt ingame. That is a fact. I cant be sure if it was actually running that in real time (this is important) or just prerendered, but no game will ever play like that ever, No matter how expertly scripted.
Fight Night 3 was realtime. As was the Unreal 3 engine tech demo stuff. The techdemos were real time too.
You can generally tell whats a game and whats CG just by watching it usually.

Quake 2 had more awful colored lighting than any other game since they started doing colored lighting. Mainly because it was the first game to do colored lighting and back then it was a real big deal.
