Dual Monitor Setup

<div class="IPBDescription">Is this possible?</div> If anyone remembers my thread about xfire and aim I am still looking for a way I can chat on irc/aim while still playing online games. So I moved another monitor over to my area, plugged it in, and have it going. Mouse over to the left far enough and it jumps, just like it should. When I enter a game, however, I lose the ability to interact with the second monitor. Monitor 1 displays the game, monitor 2 displays my desktop, but I can’t mouse over to it anymore. Is there a way to fix this, or will I have to take a "look but don’t touch" approach to chatting.

For the monitor you play on, use windowed mode and use alt+tab to go b ack and forth

I believe some dual-monitor software setups have this feature too, I have a friend who regularly plays games on a main monitor, with AIM and the internet on his other 2 (3 total).

He's using windows XP and an old GeForce 4, so im sure alot of computers can handle it.
