Krunk+explosives =
<div class="IPBDescription">FUN!</div> Alot of you have known me for a while and you heard me talk about how I often do fireworks shows. Well On the 14th I got a chance to make it out to the Legend's Casino's 7th Anniversary Fireworks show. Here are some of the neat pictures I took well I was there.
<img src='http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/TheInfragableKrunk/Fireworks%20Show/63211355_ORIG.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />
Heres the minor 5'-8' inch Motar shells.
<img src='http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/TheInfragableKrunk/Fireworks%20Show/63212204_ORIG.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />
The Heavier shells, 8' to whopping 16' inch shells remained in the truck.

Here we have workers aligning motar tubes, we had to account wind so that we could make them explode exactly where we wanted them.
<img src='http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/TheInfragableKrunk/Fireworks%20Show/63219795_ORIG.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />
Unarmed Tubes.

Me wearing my helmet, and I taped the G-Hat on. Like many of you know, I never take my hat off...EVER.
<img src='http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/TheInfragableKrunk/Fireworks%20Show/63209214_ORIG.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />
Here's a closeup of the fireworks we are using, two thing to notice, The Chinese "round" style shells are shot off first since they burn clean and proper. Cylinder style shells are American made, burn hotter, and leave leave hot ash at the bottom of a tube. During reloading if you were to stick a shell down there. It will probably blow your godamn head off.
<img src='http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/TheInfragableKrunk/Fireworks%20Show/63214067_ORIG.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />
For the Finale, we decided on a electric setoff. Heres some of the wiring we use. Which goes to a central control box off to the side.
<img src='http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/TheInfragableKrunk/Fireworks%20Show/63215522_ORIG.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />
Here we are wireing the Finale, Each tube is pre-loaded and timer fuses are used.

Short story about safety, this is what happened.
Since fireworks contain a ton of different types of explosives, it makes them "impact" as well. During this conversation, Mills hands a round shell to a friend, he drops it RIGHT BETWEEN MY LEGS I swear to you, if you never had your nuts receed into your stomach. That will cause it. Since theres about, oh, half a brick of C4 Equivalent in one 8' inch shell. Scary eh?
<img src='http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/TheInfragableKrunk/Fireworks%20Show/63205999_ORIG.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />
Since I was busy, I never got many pictures of the actual show, just the groundwork, you can't look up very much since hot debris is actually falling on your head. It's pretty manic. Heres a picture of us doing ground work during the actual event.
<img src='http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/TheInfragableKrunk/Fireworks%20Show/63210324_ORIG.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />
Here's the scariest thing you will ever see in your life, a improperly reloaded motar shell put into the wrong sized tube. There's so much pressure in those tubes that if they were loaded aboveground, it would rip the frame apart, and knock over a firetruck.
It doesn't happen very often. But today it happend a whopping 3 tines. So...some people got their godamn **** chewed out.
Anyway, that's how it's done.

I wish I could go. All he does is sit around, blow stuff up, go shooting, and play video games. He occasionaly does his job, which is dealing with communications.
edit:
And gets paid a lot of money for it, too.
No offence or anything krunky <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Awesome fireworks, I wouldn't be able to do that though. Get so close to fireworks? Hell no.
And didn't you have your hat off in the first picture you posted in the "Post your picture" thread?
Krunk = Krunk Juice = Lots of Alcoholic Drinks Mixed Together?
I can see nothing good coming of this...

The reason you didn't see me as much during the blastoff is because I generally have to stay back in the firesuit (line firewatch) That's when you got a fire extinguisher and you make sure no fires are started on the line to cause other shots to go off...which whould be a bad thing.
