Okay then: Nobody outside the U.S. <b>and the U.K</b> has ever heard about Dr. Pepper. And we still outnumber you about 18.1 to one.

Budget cola, as cheap as possible because for some reason it tends to have much more cola flavour the cheaper it is.

While coke and pepsi are bland, mostly just sour carbonated water.

    BTW. Dr.Pepper for the winnar!

Lolfighter, I live in Sweden, it's not that hard to find Dr.Peppers over here. Cinnamon flavoured jaw breakers, those are real tricky though.

I've heard of Dr. Pepper, but they don't have it around Hong Kong.

I'd sure as hell love to drink that. I heard it was fizzier than Cola so I have to try it sometime <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

@Spacer : I've gone for a few months without brushing my teeth and drinking up to 50-90 cans of Cola on a per month basis (needed it to keep awake in class) and my teeth are still picture perfect. No signs of decay anywhere <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I know Dr. Pepper, and it's sold here too. Wow. Turns out you were not just wrong, but COMPLETELY 100% wrong. That's like, as wrong as you can get.

How old are you though? I understand it's a lot like ones metabolism, after you're 28 or so it goes down... a lot.

    Coke!
Pepsi is drinkable, just prefers Coke.

Coke!... if it has whisky in it too.

    Otherwise whisky ftw! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I used to like Dr Pepper but it just got too sweet for me, too sticky and urgh. If I have to drink a soft drink then it will be sprite if I can, apple tango if I can't.

Both are overrated, in my opinion. They mostly taste... sugar.
    Pommac ftw.

Read the title. If you prefer neither, say <i>neither</i>. Is it <b>THAT</b> hard to understand? <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I think I'd take Coke over Pepsi pretty much any day of the week.

On the weekends, Coke and Captain Morgan's.

well i dont remember a day where i hadnt got any coke at home so i guess that makes me a fan of coke <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> .Pepsi is alot sweeter so i dont like it.Also that sweeter taste makes me drink it faster.

Not really. When you've been without drinking coke for about 5 years, you can taste the difference. (As myself, but I switched to tea, so the point kinda went moot.) Coke is more acidic, whereas Pepsi is sweeter. Though I haven't had them both in a long while, I forgot how they tasted exactly. To people who drink any coke on a daily basis will lose that sense of detecting difference. It's happened to me.

However Dr.Pepper remains to be the grandest tasting. Win!

I am a Pepsi kind of guy. Coke has a weird after taste I think. But I prefer Mountain Dew over Pepsi.

And yes, Pepsi and Coke taste different. It seems easy to tell to me.

I can stand niether coke nor pepsi.

It's either some nice Ginger Ale, A&W Root Beer, or a Shirley Temple. (Sprite + Grenadine) - (Explained because here in the South, it's a VERY uncommon drink. I only ever learned about it on my trip to the north and on our Alaskan cruise.)
  • GwahirGwahir Join Date: 2002-04-24 Member: 513Members, Constellation
When I lived on Long Island I would have Shirley Temples all the time, once I moved south, never saw it.
  • TheSaviorTheSavior Join Date: 2003-10-14 Member: 21688Members
I know.. It's a shame. I've been on a Holy Quest to spread the taste of the Shirley Temple down here, but alas, I am fighting a losing battle. My redneck brethren seem to care not for the wonderful mouthgasms experienced whilst consuming this fine beverage.

Any carbonated beverage has Carbonic Acid in it, which is why it'll dissolve metals.

Diet Coke FTW (Long history of Diabetes in my family, the lower my blood sugar the better.)

Actually the primary defense against diabetes is exercise, according to studies done. You primarily want to avoid abdominal fat.
  • LegionnairedLegionnaired Join Date: 2002-04-30 Member: 552Members, Constellation
I do that as well. (Go go fencing!)
