    I started using Adobe Image Ready. I don't know all it's features, but I'm sure it can do all that.

    it says 0 seconds between frames, any way i can make it go faster? It looks really fast but when I save it it goes slower. I need something that will induce epelyptic [sic] fits.

    Try out Jasc Software's Animation Shop Pro (paired with Paint Shop Pro) too. That has some funky effects you can apply to animations (all of my animated avatars have gone through ASP/PSP at some point).

    The downside is that the effects are rather limited with my version of PSP (not the latest) so its quite easy to tell if you've used that program or not.
