I post here my little map...The name is not definitive but it seems to be good with the map's ambient.
I will probably invent a storyline to fit with the map but for the moment I have no ideas ^^
Sorry if there is not info_location to definite the name of the different parts of the map.
Just take a look to the pics ^^

Also, the room near hive picture is very, very dark. Maybe some emergency lights or walkway lights might brighten things up.

And no I don't run at uberhigh gamma values either, gamma 3.0 is the standart I think, well I didn't change it so it must be <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
I would however try a recompile with the env_gamma set to a gamma ramp of 1.5. That would make the lightsources stand out more and probably make the map look more interesting on the lighting part. The architecturing and atmosphere you have going in the map is pretty darn good the way it is.
Can't comment about the layout since I never really played combat before. Well once or twice maybe, but it wasn't my thing <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

The map is now block-less, only entities remain but i don't want to remake it again.

i like save every day, but since i lost 1 day of work; i start save every hour and before compiling.
do you not have a .map file that wasn't screwed by your electricity? when you compile it, it creates an rmf and map file. you could try loading that
