Best Gorge Rush Ever (must Watch)

<div class="IPBDescription">20 minute gorge domination</div> I came across this on the NSA forums today, and its just absolutely hilarious...

This is different than your normal gorgerush, in that, this is a 20 minute round with the majority of gorges, in which they stayed gorge the whole time....

Gorge rushing at its best.... they even fended off a shotty pg rush to a hive.... and gorge rushed (with the help of one onos and a lerk) at the endgame....

This is just the absolute funniest thing....


Now... i do know rapier was on the other team... so while you all watch this... ill wait for him to come in here and explain in great detail how he would have pwned everyone hardcore if he commed... and aliens would haev been crushed...

Meanwhile you can watch these 3 demos and laugh your **** off....

    If you cant watch it... log onto Any of the NSA server's (there are 4)

    You need thier one special sprite to view it..

    Or just copy/paste some weird sprite to it im guessing?


    I believe they did siege at one point?? I dont remembe.r.. i was too frickin busy laughing my **** off that it actually worked so well and for SO LONG

    The marines should have used shotguns and focus fire ("everyone target the leftmost gorge") and slaughtered the gorges. Once you get GLs, pass out 4 of them and they'll die, really quickly.

    With all those gorges and chambers, they've got 100-200 res in a small space. Once they lose that, it's game over.

    That being said, it's pretty fricking funny.

    Yeah. The thing is we had a commander that didn't know how to react. We yelling at him to get weapons upgrade, advance the amory, SIEGE for god sakes, grenades, and he didn't do any of it. Weapons 1 at 8 minutes, christ.

    Of course, I must commend that that was the nicest gorge rush and most organized one I have seen to date. It was pretty scary walking out of West skylights and seeing 8 gorges running up the ramp.

    I will dig up a demo of a gorge rush that made no sense. We were marines, we had killed 2 of their hives. We killed the fades, lerks and onoses as if they were skulks. It was 25 minutes into the round. And we were trying to sneak in a phase gate by sub-sector hive. Note**On veil. We had full upgrades, heavies and jetpacks. We had just beaconed after the phase gate was built. And we tried to phase, but it was dead. 4 marines went towards the subsector hive. All 4 died by gorge spit. And 3 marines went towards pipeline, all 3 killed by gorge spit. Then, from both sides we hear a mass of healing spray. And their entire team of 12 people had gone gorge. One of them mass dropped oc's, another mass dropped mc's and one built them as they were dropped. Our commander paniced and dropped heavies on all of us. He then gave us shotties and gl's. The oc's went up before we could get the weapons. And the gorges kicked our ****. Long story short, this was on NSA. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> God, it was a sad round. We kicked their butts and then that happened.

    Here's a gorge rush on Eclipse, I think...
    It might have been from a beta of 3.0, I'm not sure.
    The rush failed at the end - turns out, while we were busy spitting down the IP and some RTs, they set up sieges + shotties in our only hive! Yep...
