Rate Limiter!

Hi,

Does anyone know where i can get a rate limiter which will allow me to set a max and minimum update rate for all players so when they come on my server their rate is set between X and X ?

It would also have to be able to allow me to set other rates aswell!

Mine are set with the following settings:
sv_maxrate 20000
sv_minrate 4000
sv_maxupdaterate 60
sv_minupdaterate 30

they don't help sorry theres a plugin that makes sure everyone has a certain rate ive got that sv stuff already entered but ppl still have update rates of 100 etc or some as 10 etc etc so i need a plugin for it!

I thought that the server rates forced clients to be at that rate...

Like if you set min and max to 5000, everyone will use 5000, no matter if their client rate was 1 or 99999999999999

Is this not correct?

Theres a cmd rate plugin i used to use which did all and made sure the cmd rate didnt drop below e.g. 35 but it didnt work with the new ns and i deleted and now cant find a pluging the same!
