<span style='color:red'>*** E D I T ***</span> I just spent 15 minutes re-checking every single sound file in my fastdownloading folder against the sound files on my server and found absolutely no discrepencies.
You get that error when you accidentally do "play demo.dem" instead of "playdemo demo.dem". Which in that situation is giving an error because its trying to play a wav file but its not a wav file, its a demo file.

So perhaps one of your wav files is damaged?
