What I think needs tweeking/fixing/overhauling:
-The link texts on the left, ALL link text should be of same font, size and color.
-The border that follows around the two boxes (main text area box and link/header area box):
-They should be worked on, you should probably try and make them thinner or more discreet in some manner, my advice would be to make them thinner (3-5px width) or/and lessen the 3D effect on the two lines.
-Under the links the border of the link area box stops but the main area box continues, it gives the impression of badly placed boxes. I would try doing a more natural trancendence to the black background (simple fading or an image of something happening to the border (breaking/falling apart/rusting)). Personally i would have just continued the two boxes down to the bottom of the screen so they would always have the same length, or i would have dropped the box around the link text (the last one may be a bit too drastical).
-The image on the header should have a better text, The current one does'nt fit as well and it is hard to read (not direcly difficult to read, but harder than nessecary, the title should always be obvious without looking too dramatical (NO NEON LETTERS TAKING UP HALF THE PAGE))
-The image on the header should also fade better into the links box, just looks too fast and baly worked out.

I like how you've kept a theme throughout the pages by just changing the screenshot in the menu. The only thing I'd say would be REMOVE THAT GOD AWFUL ANIME in the first page, it looks really uncool compared to the other pages :\.
Btw Eple, if I knew how to put a text box or something similar to what most people put in for "news", I would probably do that. ^_~
