Hpak_addlump Error

To be honest I am not sure if this is a server or client error but it seems to only happen to the client on the server I admin on so I'll go with saying this is the correct thread.
Unfortunately I cannot be very specific at this time but sometimes during a game, a few clients would get kicked and recieve the following error:
HPAK_AddLump called with bogus lump, size: 210296
HPAK_AddLump called with bogus lump, size: 2102
sometimes it is just the one error line at a time:
HPAK_AddLump called with bogus lump, size: 2102
I have no idea what this error means or how to solve it, hopefully this has happened before (using this forum search came up empty) and some of you can point out what I or my clients are doing wrong.
