Balance Issues?

After updating our server with NS 3.0 release, we met a strange balance problem. Mariners win 1 of 20-30 games, and about 30-40% of all games end up with onoses during first 4-5 minutes of game, thats because aliens make many frags. Currently we think that there is a problem with aliens movement speed, they move way too fast even without celerity. Probably there are some incorrect server settings.
Did anyone have this problem? Do you know what might affect the game balance in such way? Maybe server settings which are not overwritten by 3.0 patch? Let me know, please.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no cvar that controls skulk speed.
3.0x, use TEAMWORK to win. It throws back to the 1.0x days, where it was a neccessity. A shotgun is no longer invincibility. If you have a teammate there, they'll get the skulk before it gets you. If you don't.... you meet the same fate as nearly every other rambo out there.
Because you're a Marine. Not Rambo.
