I cant even create a game..     Can you play any other Half-Life games?

    If not, then your cd-key is either generated, or has been stolen and posted on the P2P networks, and mass-abused, so Valve will nerf it.

    I can play my regular Half-life just not NS, I can even play CS

    Try redownloading the NS install, and running it again, after uninstalling the old one.

    Siing as your Half-Life key is valid, then must be due to a problem with NS. Reinstalling a new version, freshly downloaded should fix the problem.

    Not that I know of. Even if you did download the beta, then most of the servers have finished transferring over to 3.0f, so you still wouldn't be able to play

    Seems that you are not using steam. Right? If so let me tell you that 3.final wont run witheout steam.

    If you want to play with won half-life i suggest looking for an old 10.4 mirror
