<div class="IPBDescription">Introduce Yourself</div> Hi I’m also new here I downloaded this last night and played till 2 am. This game kicks a**. Very fast paced and stuff, still learning though. My name or what I go by is Xavior and I reside in Idaho. This community seems good, I used to be on the suprnova forums all the time and I think I found my new community and maybe ill make some new cool friends.

Anyways if anyone else here is new please tell us your name or what you go by, and a little about yourself.

Hi. Were you playing CO_ maps or NS_ maps? CO_ is the cs-style fast pace action, a training ground for the actual NS_. NS_ is a mix of rts/fps and is the true gamemode. /me points to the New to the NS community thread. New players should introdouce themselves there. Remember to read the stickies!

Yes allways nice to see more new faces here since the forums are full of really good knowledge I wish I would had read the forums moer when I was a newcomer, Oh well too late now. Wellcome!!


and actually The alien side is easier due you mainly need to find good hiding spots.

Welcome.
If you're used to guns and stuff,stick with marines for a bit.
But try the aliens,they are fun; especially the skulk. And cloaking.
In fact,just master the art of skulk cloaking and focus and silence,and ull be good at NS. That's what I do. (cloaks away from post)

Although i agree that cloak is excellent for the time being,
I really do not like cloaking at all.
rather, get silence/celerity or regeneration/carapace.
Sensory is not the only chamber out there, folks.

Wow thanks for the replys. um i play both CO_ maps and NS_ maps, i like co right now but i play ns somtimes. i play Alien mostly for the time being, i dont get how to play the Marines that much.... but im good at Aliens, being a gorge mainly.

No problem. After you get comfortable with the alien classes/marines I'd suggest you play NS_ . Trust me, its much much more rewarding and it is what makes Natural-Selection unique.

A few good NS_ servers to play on :
1) The Lunixmonster - 69.93.5.186:27015 - <a href='http://www.lunixmonster.org' target='_blank'> www.lunixmonster.org</a> (Beware it is usually packed with players and you might be kicked to slot reservation. I have a res slot there, so you'd be able to find me there.)

Notes :
1) Don't be offended if called a Nub, Nubcaek, nooblet or anything like that on The Lunixmonster, its just a habbit picked up from the NS forums.
