How can a skulk leap across a room?
I was playing in a CO game the other day and one player could leap huge distances aross large rooms. He could also change direction while in the air. How do you do this I have tried leap but I can't get near the distance that he was. I have been playing for a couple of months now, so forgive me if this is a simple question.

For long distances he was most likely either 1. looking a little upward while he leapt and then downward as he landed, 2. double leaping, and piossibly jump gliding (Which I myself only heard of a few days ago and I still don't know exactlyu what it is.)

To move in mid air, you must strafe. To move to the right, hold your right strafe button, and nothing else, and mover your mouse to the right. with a little practice you can leap in between pillars and when you are skilled, all the way around them.

Edit: oh, I forgot. Try crouching and jumping before leaping, as your sticky little skulk claws hamper you from reaching one three three seven speed. Mix it up a bit and you will be able to find the perfect threshhold for you.

did you have access to the leap ability, if you were playing a CO map, you have to buy it your self, it cost one xp and is located left on the buy menu.

You will also go further if you have celerity.

Adrenaline allows you to leap many, many times, and you can do it in different directions - making you very hard to track.
    Like blinking.
