you know, I really like the idea and concept, but I just don't think it'll fit ns. The whole idea and concept in itself though is hot.

Also, the words "simple" and "playermodel" do not go together. Unless we're talking boxy low poly player models..

This is the unfinished Carrigage Soldier.
Pretty much the same, with a few exceptions.
The legs and **** is the same as on the priest, but mephmage
havent taken the time to finish it as it would be in vain.

and to you Thatamos:
"I think it'd fit NS very well.. If you replace all the Kharaa with lame retarted humans."

and zerobyte:
"haha.."

uh... i'm going to be frank. Whilst it's obvious there's talent in your 2D art abilities, i fail to see the attraction to this model. Simply saying "It's not human" is an easy way to get around the fact that it isn't scaled. however, given the fact that i'm biased to awareness of your real identity, I cannot be listened to. Suggestion would be to do more detailed concepts of the weapons aswell as the players.

"Well, its Carrigage Aliens, and not a humans, and that was decided before I started drawing them. And they're not scaled perfectly as a human, but since its my first humanoid concept ever, and not human, it doesnt really matter.
And the rest, well I dont know how to reply to that to be honest, because its mostly random rambling.

And wth is a "Biro Pen"?

Oh, and here is the "detailed" weapon that the carrigage aliens use
which has been posted before, anyone is free to model it now since the LF project was canceled."

"Another concept based on the Carrigage technology.
Most of you havent read the description of the Carrigage race, but they're "borrowers", "thieves" if you want.
They steal and use technology, beliefs, etc. from other races, even though it sometimes is pretty much pointless.
Like the carrigage priests usually call themselves "Jesus" or "Mattheus" and carry the Christian crucifix even though they dont actually know what it all means."

Hmmm... these are pretty good.. infact they are great, considering that they were done in MS Paint.

I like the last one... it looks like a futuristic MAC10... and I dig the stock.

Too bad the mod was cancelled.... it was shaping up to look pretty good - I like the idea behind the carrigage race.

The upper "carriage gun" looks pretty awesome, but considering the position of the handle the gun seams to be stretched too much (length-wise).

"The Carrigage Lmg? Oh, thx! Uhm, the body is a bit long, but its a 2-hand weapon, as you can see there is a handle on the front of the body aswell. It has kinda irritated me aswell, the fact that the body is rather long, but its more profficient I think, dont you? Increased accuracy and stuff. "
