how to update the hltv on linux & windows??

HLTV is updated with the base engine updates. There's no reason to manually update it if you've got your server up to date.

but I saw this all the time in my hltv console
HLMaster: your HLTV server is out of date. Please update and restart.
this is window console. & the dedicated server is up2date.

You can safely ignore that, HLTV will still function correctly.
